I expect I will be there same time - although since the 07 calender isn't out I have not booked yet.

Better track would be cool but I dont think I'd pass up a £50 trackday. Llandow is better than nothing, thats for sure.

Shall I get Kelly to book the sunshine?

I'm deffo up for it. Will go with the flow on which day it is, as long as i get plenty of time to book it as holiday. Not drinking this time though. Not done a trackday without a hangover yet.

Friday 1st June sounds bang on!

I'll try not to throw myself in front of any cars a few weeks beforehand this time.

Yup, sounds good to me. Was a good day last year.

Can count me in for next years. Like DynaMight said you can't pass up a £50 trackday

Just spoke to Sharon at Llandow, and it was lucky I did, as the 1st of June was already provisionally booked by someone, even thou I booked it as well provisionally last year, But I told her we were a deffinate and she has now given the track to use

Was thinking of also having a 2nd day up at Llandow in August (Date to Be Confirmed) as well.

Now for the price I am gonna do both.

The track day in 2007 will be £55 each, as obviously there is a very slice increase in their charges for next year.

I will start another thread sometime where you can start putting your names down.

Im abit confused here ... :?

What was the point in starting a vote and asking for peoples opinions if after 2 people make a choice ... thats it, decision made ??

I see the vote at 7 - 5 ... with only 12 people voting and yet there was around 30 SWB members last year (I think :? ) ... surely they should get chance 2 vote? The poll has only been going 2 days ... at a push!

Just my opinion ... just ignore me if you like

Ok then

I think what the senses was, that like last year no one bothered their arses matey, until I pushed and pushed and pushed it (excect the hard core of SWB). Also, would you rather pay around £100 or £55 which is the difference between the Friday and the Saturday.

With it being so far away anyways, most peeps could arrange to take a Friday off, in relation to trying to get a Saturday off.

What dya recon ??

As I said at the start - the vote was (is) flawed by not having suitable choices :?

I don't class Friday as a weekday ....... almost being week-end really ..... and it's far easier (and less disruptive) to take a friday off ...

I would not really want a mid-week day, but Friday would be fine .... likewise, I'm not sure llandow is actually WORTH a £100 trackday ....... but agree £55 is fair value for a tarmac'd speedway track
