Just wish i was there to stick a twig in his front wheel before he finished the race.

GUTTED AS FECK

What gets me is how they say consistence wins but it wasn't Rossi's fault he got knocked off earlier in the year and then have a blown engine.

At the end of the day he was the one who came back from a 55 point defiset.

Balls to them all

It was a great race - what a way to end the year. Was well pleased that Bayliss won :D

Just goes to show that in a split second so much can change - Rossi went in the sand and lost it all. Never mind

I was gutted for Rossi, as he would/has got so many achievements to his name, but I did feel for Nicky when he got taken out.
I'm sure Rossi will win next year.
To me it didnt look like Rossi today!?

I thought it was an alright race but not really that exiciting, after rossi came off everyone just settled in for endurance and prayed nothing went wrong, no real battleing for positions. Was still tense watching beacuse so much was a steak. I guess Hayden can forgive Pedrosa too now. Also no one can say superbike riders cant cut it.
i dont have a drinking problem.......if anything, i'm too good at it

Que a movie on how America has won the world :)

I was routing for Rossi, such a shame. The race was kinda boring, can hardly remember a overtake.

Imagine it if you will...i ride (as Llandow veterans know) a Marlboro Desmocedici rep ducati and my bestest riding buddy rides a Camel rep Yamaha. we have been battling all year on various tracks around the country..all good fun...and today has just made us both smile so much, Duke at the front and the camel yam with all the bad luck...could have been any of our visits to Cadwell park this year!!! He he he (only three times as fast!!!!!!!!!!!)

Really pleased for Nicky, i wish people wouldn't give him grief, he got knocked off the same as Rossi did and came back to win it. Those who attend the Donington day of champs will know Nicky is a genuine nice guy and why shouldn't he win it? Its certainly gonna make Rossi SUPER-AWESOME next season....cant wait!!!!

Well done Nicky lad. Glad to see the spoilt brat knocked off the throne.

Roll on next year when Pedrosa wins it on the 800's.

As for Troy Bayliss performance! Awesome. But it dont make SBK riders as good as MotoGp riders. If it did then Edwards would be cleaning up every week. Troy B is an awesome bike rider in any series. He was on the podium at Valencia last year I think.

Top race and I feel gutted for Rossi but a Bit of me wanted Hayden to win as He has not had it easy all year either.

Well Done to Bayliss as well I bet Ducati are wishing they had kept him 2 years ago !

I have mixed emptions over it.

1. Well chuffed that Bayliss dominated it :D

2. Is good to see Hayden win as he has been really consistant all year. :)

3. Such a shame Rossi came off, with all the bike engine and tyre problems they had at the begining of the year, he has done superbly to get back and fight for the title.

I was hoping for a really good race but as Dynamight said, it all seemed very boring and looked no one was really going for it, I know Rossi had a poor start from pole but it would have been great to see him make up the few positions he needed on the tight Valencia circuit.

All in all, I am abit gutted. Only becuase it wasn't the balls out race that I was hoping for.

I feel chuffed for Nicky, it seems that his consistency paid off and as Sophie put it (in all her moto gp know how) 'he seems a sweet lad' ( :D ). Was a great season and hopefully will be even more open next year.

Feel sorry for Rossi though, battling all season to make up the decrement. Just means he wont be leaving in a hurry :)

Does anyone know what is happening to Gibernau next year, with Casey 'I pushed too hard' Stoner taking his place?

At the end of the day, when all is said and done, the true winners here were the fans :D cliché heaven.
