Hi Mondy,
I run SWIFT Tae Kwon Do in Exeter, with my son Leroy, both 3rd Dan in ITF style.
What organisation you with ? TAGB ? PUMA ? AIMAA ?

We used to be with AIMAA, but my instructor started his own venture, you may have heard of us "Evolution", he moved away and now we all own/run the individual clubs.
We have a clubs in Axminster,Chard,Bridport, Yeovil (me), Taunton, Wellington & Weymouth.
would be good to organise a friendly, although a weekend day might be better for us

stoped paying for lessons because being 6"4' and having done resistance training for two and a half years means I dont really get any trouble from people anyway

thats not true, i give you trouble whenever i see you

its just usually more along the lines of "ah go on.. we wont get caugt"

600 yards is 548.64 meters so I am guessing you are an extremaly good shot? You should maybe shoot for England
