You fully comp? If you are and you have an accident on the track, we'll all help you push your bike onto the road and push it over for you :)

No idea about actual insurance, you may find it's not a huge difference to just hire a bike though!

not suree if you can get a seperate trackday only insurance ploicy, you may need to change insurance providers.

i saw a suzuki advert for the sv range a while that was advertising free suzuki insurance inc trackday cover if you bought a new sv froma uk dealer. it may give you somewhere to start from

let us know your results as i'd be interested too, saves pushing it out the back of speeding van lol

I think some trackday companies can sort it as an option. Llandow probably not being one of them. IMHO it would be useful on a £4k plus bike, but for the cost of the insurance against a sub £2k bike, will it be money well spent.

Could probably get a cheap 400 / 600 prepped for track for £500-£1000

Yep you can get seperate trackday insurance but its gonna cost you around £175 for the day

Here are a few links for ya

http://www.heritage-quote.co.uk/track-day-insurance.php

http://www.dayinsure.com/

http://www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk/
Classic Track Day Cover

Track day, hill climb and rally cover for vintage cars, classic cars and vehicles over 10 years old.

A further benefit of having a Heritage classic car insurance policy is that you can have FREE club organised (or organised on behalf of your club) track day cover and FREE historic rally cover, providing it’s an uncompetitive and un-timed event.

Its also possible to upgrade your Heritage insurance policy to include timed rallies in the UK or Europe and hill climbs, with single events starting from just £25 and annual rates from just £130.

However, if you don’t have a Heritage insurance policy (and we suggest you do!) we can also provide track day cover and historic rally cover - rates start from £63 and your vehicle must be at least 10 years old.

Call one of our experts on 0845 330 0660 for more details
