Childrens Hospice
Hiya all,
The Childrens Hospice South West lost a little boy last week, his funeral is tomorrow. Before he died he had a wish, that at his funeral he could have some "big loud bikes" travel along with the hearse.
They will be leaving the Hospice at 2:30 tomorrow to drive the short distance to Barnstaple Crem. If anyone is available to drive along side the hearse, this would be much appreciated by his family.
Please call me for anymore details

Many thanks to Bruce for this post too! xxxx

Thanks to everyone who turned up today who read this on the site, to Gavin and all the Harley gang from Barnstaple and those from The Phoenix Bike Club in Bideford. There were 28 bikes in total of all makes, sizes and noises. The family were overwhelmed by them. He (Aaron) certainly had the send off he wanted......RIP Aaron

the vicar spoke to us that attended the funeral, also another lady on behalf of the family. The family were totally overwhelmed by everyone making the effort, they expected 3 bikes.
The family couldn't understand why we would do such a thing. They were informed that we felt it was a priviledge to attend Aaron's last journey and to make it the way he wanted.
For Nobby.... there was a collection at the end for the hospice,, it is a charity,, it would be nice if we could get people to dig in their pockets on thursday...x if anyone else wants to donate pm me and i'll give you the details..
So once again,, thanx ...
