The film was made by one of the guys who used to work in Hein Gericke in Plymouth!

He got nicked for speeding and got the days education option rather than points. Having criticised the "propaganda" films shown, he said he could do better - so they took him up on it!

The guy riding the bike (and also emerging from the turret of the tank) is Inspector Robin Durgess of DCC who has also been leading the recent very public campaign about motorcycle deaths.
