It's obviously about making cash as they admit that speeds are reducing

Well said VTR if the speed freak power rangers want to ignore the warnings then i hope they get everything they want & deserveI don't recall saying that it did, did I? The point of the post was to warn people of speed traps on this stretch of road, if I'm going to get abuse when I post warnings then I won't bother in future
Fair enough, trouble with internet forums is that people can sometimes get the wrong end of the stickgraham22 wrote:Lighten up you pair.
Originally in the BBC article they refer to 'breaking the 100mph limit' and I quipped where this '100mph limit may be, however, rechecking the article this evening, it's been re-worded in a totally different manner so my 'joke' is no longer relevant.
It wasn't a personal attack on you, VTR, just trying to make light of the situation (the original BBC report wording did strike me as badly worded but funny) and thanks for the head-up on this one; you will also note I posted my own warning, the police are cracking down in many lower limits in the Falmouth/Penryn areas (just in coinsidence the Jennings run, which ends in Falmouth, is on this weekend).

It's not just them. People seem to forget about the old folks who do 40 mph EVERYWHERE. They hold you up in the 60 limits and then leave you behind in the 30sgraham22 wrote:They're also cracking down around here but mainly in the 30mph areas which personally I don't think is a bad thing (rather them be pulling the boyracers/rushing school mums speeding in built up areas and not someone doing 75 on a clear A road).
