Put them in your mobile cos how can they repair a pot hole if they don't know it's there.
Took me pretty much straight to the right department and the lady was very friendly. She couldn't find the road on the map but stuck with me till I explained and she found it. Took them just under a week to fill the pot hole, which isn't brilliant but I expect theres a lot on this time of year, and it was in a lane/rat run.
Not long after the filling just started to dome in again and it wasn't long till they redid it.
