i reckon that leg bar looks just right to hyperextend the riders knee sideways, then rip your leg clean off at the knee as the weight of the bike bears down on it
like the way he's got a mr-ultra-safety-conscious bike but is still happy to wear slip on shoes and a pair of jeans and no gloves....

Thats just about got to be one of the most dangerous things I've ever seen. Name one scenerio where that setup makes you safer..

Possibly in a very low speed drop? Assuming the pillion stays completely rigid of course

but even in a low speed ding you are more likely to not keep your arms close to your body, imagine if one got caught under the bar with the weight of that car...feels wrong to call it a bike
