our monthly outgoings are about 1750 a month and thats just for me and the wife,no kids
that covers:
mortgage,council tax,house ins,tv licence,sky sports ( got to have it,lol ),electric,gas,water rates,pet insurance,car insurance,bike insurance,broadband,2 mobiles,bt phone,plus assorted credit cards and loans from when i was stupid.
leaves us with enough cash left for food and 1 trackday a month so im happy enough but would like to pay less :!: :!:

Been looking to move out since I turned 16. cheapest place iv found was in a rough area of torquay, 90 a week excl bills.
Never gonna move out. Although i am at college doing bricklaying, so anyone got any land for sale for a lop sided house.

I was a house owner and it got too expensive so we sold up before it got reposessed! Mind you it was a tiny house in Redruth and we had two small kids and another one decided it wanted to join in the fun! Even if we could have afforded to keep it it would have been to small and we couldn't sell it for enough to move up the ladder, real catch 22 situation. Long and short of it, you're young, enjoy it, stay at home and spend your money on bolt ons for your bike!
