Ok, i want to sort out my exhaust on my bike....make it a bit louder and better looking !
Its an all in one inclosed exhaust....so the plan is to cut the end from it, then cut the exhaust in half...remove baffle and weld the end back on....does anyone have a welder who can use it be willing to do this for me for some ££ ?? Or does anyone know a place where i could get this done ? Cheers !

Re: Anyone around with a welder ??
if it's an alloy or stainless can you will need someone who can TIG weld (ac tig too if its alloy). You can arc stainless with the right rods (though i've never tried it) but doubt if the results would be great.
have you thought about cutting just the can off and fitting a slip on can?

Cool - well the garage did it for me for cheap, quite quick too ! But im not gonna stick with that can forever, the idea of at some point to cut the can off, and weld on a standard link pipe, then buy a can to fit ! So when i do that i will be sure to give you a call !
