watch out for your shoulder, if it's damaged it can put stress on other parts of the muscle group/joints and even spine and you can end up with an injury that takes a couple months to heal.

the wife got rear ended in her car and january and injured her shoulder and shes still struggling now with it

sorry to jump in here...

a decent physio can really really help with any muscle probs - I'd suffered for ages with a neck/shoulder issue and this physio sorted me in a handful of appointments. If you need a number, give me a shout
