I had loads of trouble with WP a few years back, I had a damper which blew it's seals first day on bike, sent it back to Vic Lamb Developments who import WP to have it sorted and ended up speaking to a bloke called Wayne who owns the company. He was a complete and utter to$$er, reckoned I'd fitted it wrong, so I sent him a photo of it on the bike with the fitting kit supplied by his company, and he was still a rude arrogant prick. Luckily I called back next day and spoke to one of his staff who replaced the seal and sorted it.

When I got the damper back I was still pissed off with him so I sold it on ebay and bought an Ohlins, then about two months later I got an email from the buyer saying it'd blown a seal........ I gave him the number for Vic Lamb and wished him luck.

I you do deal with this company take my advice and avoid Wayne, I really don't know how he's still in business with crap customer service like that.

thats seriously crap service.

my friend has WP on his K6 thou and has had no problems, and considering they are stock fitments on KTM's (who own WP I think) Id say the poor performance is just bad luck rather than anything inherently wrong with WP shocks.

that doesnt excuse the shite customer service though :!:

on the subject of castle combe...I didnt think it was that bumpy...bland yes...overly bumpy no....unfortunate that our local track happens to be relatively pants :(
