got home this afternoon put the bike on the side stand, turned around to shut the back gate, heard a bang looked around and my baby was lying on her side in the flowerbeds, cracked the indicators and broke the left rear set luckily no other damage, i swear if i have a weekend off, fate finds me something to do

Doh! What is it with you and that bike not staying vertical.
Glad the damage is not too bad mate. I'm still trting to get the fairing for mine, gonna have to bite the bullet and buy a new one i think.

thanks for your help mate, but they didn't have any either, but i did find one in my shed with a small crack in it that i can tig weld tomorrow

In a similar vein, I got home from work on Wednesday to find my bike had been leaking oil all the way home, on closer inspection it seems one of the three nuts had come off the oil filter cover. I've found a nut to replace it but the 27 quid in oil and new filter wasn't part of my spending plan this weekend

blue hope you find the bits soon, luckily i had the bits to repair her in my shed, but was still out at 0800 making a indiactor bracket using metal off of an old washing machine, is there no way to repair the panel for now just to get you back on the road, have got plenty of fibre glass up here if you want to give it a go
