Insurance...

Post by Maver-Nick »

I received my renewal notice yesterday from Motorcycles Direct... £443...

So I gave them a polite courtesy call to tell them to Bog off...

I tried the new search engine advertised between WSB races on Eurosport... http://www.TheBikeInsurer.co.uk

Prices dropped to as low as £250... but never, and I mean NEVER... Pay the prices they quote you.

I haggled with the 2 lowest priced (MCE & Devitts) Played them off against each other... until...

'02 GSXR 1000, Fully Comprehensive cover, European cover, ride any bike, legal expenses, courtesy bike, pillion cover, no voluntary excess... with Devitts

£168... They offered me TPFT for £80 and TP only for £60... I even declared my 6 points... Happy with that :P
Please help...

My Insurance with Carol Nash is over 400 quid but using your link it came down to 110 quid although I am not sure they took the everything into consideration like I use my bike as Class one business use but even then I am sure its one hell of a saving

Roll on August when mine is due

I did notice that by default that using the bike to ride to work and with a pillion is not covered so be careful
