Always wear a helmet

Post by BladeMan »

Pi55ed right off. I was down dawlish today on one of the camp site's rideing with no jacket, gloves or helmet just crusing at 10 mph around the site. was I fealing cool as fuk with every looking at me or what. that was until I went to turn around to and realised I would not make it and just dabed the front brake. That was it, it just started to go over and I could not hold it up and had to lay it down.

Now I know you should always where a helmet not just for saftey but to hide your face in those embarrassing moments

There was a story on an American forum I visit where a mechanic was riding a bike around from the workshop to the showroom, no lid, when he dropped it at walking speed, hit is head on the deck and never came around.
The family eventually asked for life support to be turned off which it was and the guy died.
