I'm sure I've seen it mentioned somewhere but can't seem to find it, but what kind of pace will the different groups be set? I don't mind 'making progress' but I'm not into a race & silly speeds....if you get my drift?

Group 3 @ speed limits + the odd blast.

Group 2 @ Brisk + more blasts.

Group 1 @ Warp speed.

I'll try and get there for 10.00am so that i can tag along with the medium paced crew if that's alright.

One question,are we stopping anywhere on route or going straight to Barnstaple ? ....I'm thinking food.

Don't know what the lunch plans are (and a bit late to make a recommendation now) but seeing that the route takes us through Blackmoor Gate I can highly recommend the Station House Inn:

Biker friendly, happy to take large groups...........but a phone call beforehand a good idea.
