that is rubbish, they have got to be the bottom rung of the ladder as far as TDO's go.

I have used them once and Its likely to stay at once, they seem to have a complete inability to grasp the fact that it needs to make the riders that choose their days feel like valued customers, not like they are extending you some sort of special privilage by allowing you to be there.
