Sorry to hear of your off mate, good news being that you're ok and the bike's not too bad 8) You bought tyre warmers earlier this year, now go and buy a back protector! That could have hurt plenty if you'd skidded across a rumble strip on your back... :roll:
I did a day at Cadwell on the 27th, managed 2 dry sessions, the rest on wets :roll:

Doh jase, soz to hear that, crashing is all part of the fun tho....

I remember my first trackday crash, was a right chuckle....! :lol:
