Think it's like most places, depends what you're after...

Been getting spares from them for years, scooters & new bikes probably okay but I wouldn't buy a 2nd hand bike from them. Someone else is bound to say otherwise though

They're on Two Rivers Trading Estate on Braunton Road, town planners had the forethought to indicate all trading/industrial estates with different coloured trucks on signpost leading into Barnstaple so ther might be a sign for Two Rivers for you to follow if your lucky

Easy enough to find once you get to barnstaple but that could be fun from plymouth

As a company they're ok,a long running family business and kwaka main dealers so shouldn't have a problem sorting you out. What you after from them that you cant/wont get from the dealers in plymouth

Seem friendly and easy to deal with when I enquired about a part exchange last year.

As a Barnstaple person who has had many dealings with Irelands, i find there level of service exceptional, see Russel if you wish to buy new or second hand, he's as genuine and helpful as they come, Phil, Tom, Colin, who own it are all decent people and its within there interests to be providing an excellent service, which i'm sure is proven in the fact that they sell more Kawasaki's than any other dealer in the country, and have won an award from Kawsaki for doing so,they are now also the main Yamaha dealers in North Devon, i personally bought a brand new MT-01 from them and have had them look after all my bikes and have never found fault with them, although i'm sure that there have been cases for some people who might of had different experiences (nobodys perfect). as for there second hand prices i thought they were pretty good, and a deal can always be worked out.

This is copied from Irelands website.
KAWASAKI CUSTOMER CARE
Irelands motorcycles recognised for being above average for customer care. 2nd quater CSI results for Sales and Service were awarded to us by Kawasaki, we beat the likes of George Whites and Cradley Heath Kawasaki, making this a massive achievement for us!

Can't argue with that then. To be beating the likes of george whites over a quarter is bloody good going. I know the last time I spoke to phil he said they were now delivering nationwide to compete with the bigger japanese dealers
