Good to hear it was a good ride out, sorry I couldn't make it. Will keep an eye on the thread and hopefully make the next one.

i take it you didn't see the car going the other way flashing it's lights like hell to warn us???
and the fact i eased off,and then started flashing like hell as i saw the van come into view and you were still caning it.
and no there were no cars in front of you so it will be a nice clear pic if the operator was awake.

youngsters ha....you gotta laugh

I remember braking when it came into view, not sure if i braked early enough to bring it under 60.
wierd, i remember cars infront of me, a mondeo silver for some reason...
Did see the person flash now i think of it, but ive done that road before and knew there was a static gatso and presumed thats why it was flashing..
my arse will twitch for 13 more days when the mail arrives :P

Anyone know where abouts (road name, and town) that that mobile speed camera was on?
Trying to find out what force's camera that was, avon and somerset usually use the big white vans with a speed camera picture on the side.

Was i correct in thinking the one we saw was a small blue peugeot van? (as you can see i wasnt paying much attension to the van  )
Cheers
