kmx 125 clucth issue can any one come and help ?

hi guys Ive been plagued with a major issue since i rebuilt my kmx motor back a few months ago i done a complete rebuild spit cases etc, and up on rebuild the clutch will not engage proper of the lever if you ar with me , basically the lever on the case starts to come round and then stops as if its being blocked by something i have tried various things and still have no joy i have no Haynes for it so im in the woods bullock naked at the moment lol , would any be able to pop round to the sid ford area of siddy and maybe help me out a little its pissing me of as i am of to do fork seals and sort elecs then shes basically ready theres some beer money involved if anyone can help me out ?

Did you put the clucth ball bearing back in between the 2 pushrods when you rebuilt the motor? Thats if the kmx has that setup

nah mate theres a spring instead , lol i gonna have to admit defeat soon and buy a haynes lol
