Bloody dealers
have emailed 4 seperate dealers over the last 2 wks , about possible purchase of bikes they have , not a single bloody reply. yes i could call them but emailing fits around my work.
And anyway if they don't want to answer emails why have a bloody website and contact button.
I feel this totally, I have been hunting (now about to do a deal tomorrow) and emailed countless places all over the country, ones offering delivery and for the right machine, to go and look and travel is not an issue as I see it. I got 2 replies in total, 1 to tell me they had sold it, the other is in fact where I am now going to do a deal tomorrow, turned out to be pretty local and their service so far has been second to none.
Dont give up, I was at that point, yet kept at it, i searched autotrader and dealers sites and of course general searches on the net.
On a simular note, i went to one dealers and got totally snubbed, so its not just emails, rude, arogant sales staff dont do them favors, they seem to decide on looking at a person who has 4k plus to spend and who dont, in that case they were wrong and lost a potential customer.
I've never tried e-mailing them, but have had varying responses from phone calls. The most helpful I've found are Bristol Kawasaki (bought 1 from them), Total triumph in Taunton and Bransons in Yeovil have been excellent with test rides being no problem.
The worst experience I've had was with Fowlers, I wouldn't give them the skin off my sh*t
Just a few to name on the positive of late are Irelands Barnstaple, Riders Bridgwater and Bridge Exeter, I wont name the ones on my pants to majorly pants list as feel thats unfair and just my experiance.
