Do you want to risk your life by sticking some cheap chinese crappy discs of an unknown quantity on your bike that may disintegrate when you need them most? If the answer is yes,buy them. if the answer is no, buy some from a reputable brand and source.
On the flip side, just because they're from China doesn't mean they're crap quality. Most stuff is made in China, anyway. They can make good quality items aswell.
It is a lot cheaper than other brands, but dont forget that European brands will probably have large overheads and will want to make a lot of money to fuel their Ferrari's. Whereas the Chinese companies can afford to sell for less and roll around like kings on their brand new Honda C90's. Funky spent a sh!t load of cash on these top quality brake discs (they looked like turd mind) but they were actually terrible quality too.
Reports I've heard have been fairly good, one I saw said they warped but was quickly replaced and the replacement was fine. It's a risk, thats for sure.
