Datatool LED.

Post by SteveR3 »

My Datatool LED died some months ago due to the last owner placing the bulb in the read mudguard and corrosion quietly set in without me knowing about it - the wires rotted out next to the bulb so unable a fix it.

Tried to order a new part but the bits are only available from certain dealers & this bit would cost £6 + :(

Other half asked me to throw away a set of those solar garden lights this afternoon and guess what...
they use the same type 1.5v bulb! - works a treat, now have 5 spares and cost = £0 :D
