Any carburettor specialists near Exeter?

Hi all - Was a member a few years ago but had to sell the bike to raise funds to put Son number 1 thru car test and get him on the road, anyway he is just about becoming financially independent (well at least two weeks of the month) so I have rashly have gone and bought a Honda Dominator 1997 NX650 as a cheap way of getting back into biking. My question is that after reading the various forums on this bike it appears that some carburettor adjustments (jets etc) can make the world of difference to the Dommie - Just wanted to know if anyone can recommend a Carburettor expert in the Exeter, East Devon area - Thanks in advance of any advice.

I would get hold of jamie at Bikeworx in exeter. He I. Pretty handy with carbs.
