I managed 4 sessions (5 if you include the Ambulance ride) and had some fun. Bike came out fairly well, all things considered, I wish you could wrap a bike in bandage for a few weeks and it heal itself though.
Even the last session wasn't totally dry, but didn't spoil the fun too much.
Heres a video of the last session, including me and Jay having some fun
plus the guy with the Orange Gixxer crashing at the end.
Hi, "that guy" here (but you can call me "Plonker")
After following my mate Martin round the track for fifteen minutes but not being able to get round him, I had the sudden great idea that as it was my last lap of the day it would be an ideal oportunity to really show him what a true riding God I was. Sadly, as you saw, my own riding God deserted me in my hour of need and I entered the Bus Stop in front of Martin, but to fast and on the wrong line to get round it.
The damage done to my bike (minimal) my person (could have been worse) and my ego (splattered all over for all to see) will remind me of the sensible advice about last sessions, last laps and red mist !
Awesome afternoon though and I was much relieved that at least I didn't hold people up for more than a few moments.
Apologies to all concerned, especailly Martin who had to avoid running me over.
Gerry
