Nope, didn't leave the village. But Silverton was pretty much cut off from the outside world as the roads through Stoke Canon, Bickleigh, Ellerhayes, Hele & Cullompton/Bradninch have all been closed for at least part of today. I heard the A377 between Half Moon and Crediton was also impassable.

A39 Cannington road closed, A38 (?) Taunton - Wellington road closed for a while too..

A39 from Bridgwater all the way to Wells had 6"+ of water across the road in places

Along my travels today all over the county, I have seen some pretty feckin stupid driving including the woman who slammed on her brakes in front cos the lorry going past sprayed her car with water - yeah safe huh?

I hope folk havent suffered any water damage today, stay safe all xx
