If it had been this country the police complaints commission would have had to investigate, then another inquiry into why they did not stop when told etc costing thousands , and they would have just had their doughnut money taken away for a week as punishment

it looked like they were purposely trying to intimidate the riders into racing off...
Unmarked car, no sirens just blasting his horn, who's to say the rider wasnt just scared and thought they were thugs trying to steal his bike?
Also, ramming the bike? they got an ID of the owner of the bike so why not leave it go and knock on his door later? safer option surely?
