Friday 28th Dec. East end of the SouthWest

Post by Android »

I'm going for a spin round if anyone wants to join in

http://goo.gl/maps/7USn1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Leaving Monkeys Jump Roundabout Mc Donalds, Dorchester about 10.30am ......stopping at Route 303 Diner for some eats about 11.15am
the bit through Taunton is not my favourite but it joins some good bits .....and is the road out to Othery flooded still?

Obviously weather dependant because some of these roads will not be treated if its a frost.
PM me for contact details
Cheers

Andy, I'd love to come out to play..looks like a nice route :)):

It'll be weather dependant ( :roll: ) but even if I cant make the start, maybe I can meet you somewhere en route?

I'll watch this thread

(desperate for biketime, not that you'd notice? lol)

It has just been reopened Andy ... but I think more rain is forecast (I'm up in Milton Keynes at the moment) so suggest you Google "A361 flood" again closer to the time. I'll join you if I can.

Hi Smiler
I thought that Route 303 was a convenient place but not sure where you are based so we could arrange some where else along the way if that fits....?

Ok guys,gals
Met office says light rain most of day....I will probably still go as I need some "me" time.

If the road to Othery from Taunton is shut what about the road from Bridgewater across Westonzoyland to Othery ? same trouble there I suppose, maybe just blast up the 303 to th 37 and then cut across to Castle Cary......
