Just checked some flood map and both roads are not good ....so 303 and 37 it is.
Be prepared for a fair bit of loose stone and stuff washed onto the roads ...me and my boy went out upto Castle Cary and back the other week and there were lots of clenching moments

What time are we thinking for this ride?

Has the route changed?

I've got a couple of things to do early doors but I'd love to get out afterwards. I'll be available from late early morning :)): if that makes sense...

Andy, do you mean the cabin type cafe place at the top of Yarcombe heading back on the A303? I think I know where you mean! :)):

Jamie, I/we could meet you in Chard if you like? Andy looks to be going through Chard on the 30? Is that any good...?

How about just after the traffic lights where the A30 cuts through the A358 in the centre of Chard? I'll try and park somewhere obvious! Um, as for time..Andy looks to be aiming for the diner for 11.15... whats say 10.30- 10.45ish? I am in total bimble mode btw, its been a while! (read that as you can lead lol :)): )

Anyone know what the weather is doing? Would we go ahead if it rains?

If so, BOS at 10 Smiler?

Personally I'd prefer not to do a wet one, but if that means only me letting the side down I'll do a wet one....

Snail mode. You and me both, the roads are way too unpredictable at the moment for anything else.

Which roundabout, the one after the M5 but before Tesco?
