I'm the biker knocked down. Thanks a lot for all your help. Neck broken in 4 places back in 3 still in hospital unable to walk. John Pullen the 80 year old from Cullompton let off with 6 points and a small fine. Unfortunately bikers are regarded as valid targets by the authorities.

I can't beleive that penalty!

Are you back up in this part of the world, or still in Plymouth? Whats your prognosis - is there a date for getting home? Wishing you all the best ......... :ymhug:

Wish I could take it further, the offender John Pullen resident in Cullompton pleaded guilty so the insurance is in my favour. The problem is the law and the people behind it. I'm back in Exeter trying to walk bolts and plates in my back.
