big thanks from us 4 down here, smoothly ran and nothing missing to make it a top time.

nice run, good pace, plenty of camping space, top eats, brilliant entertainment (hope nick sticks the vid up on here) and then BACON BUTTIES FOR BREAKY !!!! :-bd

Feeling quite tired, quite sunblasted and relieved that the pit bike got away with only minor injuries after being taken over that jump. SHE SHALL RETURN !

Kim and the doggies had a fab time and are all asleep on couch right now reliving the last 24 hours.

Thanks again Mr and Mrs S, you throw a top shindig.

aww, thanks peeps......glad you all had fun!

Thank you to everyone who helped out - Sally and Sarah for bringing (OMFG!!) delicious cakes thank you xxx, Si for bringing the demon pitbike and genny and Adam for kindly giving us choons as the sun went down

Switz and his heroic 'I am not gonna let go no matter how many times this thing changes direction' hurtle up the field! =)) Classic!!

In the aftermath, we have acquired...

2 x fold up chairs
1 x Red torch (DaveH? Right colour!! :)): )
A pair of Shimano sunnies.... (Rich?)
One tall glass.....G&T's?? Can only be Gazkwak, good grief he's changed.........lol
oh and some baby wipes that Mr S seems to think belong to Stikley.....please do NOT apply any imagination to that previous statement

Thank you all for coming along, making it a great weekend and providing lots of giggles :)): :)): :)):

Just to let you all know, because of the exceptionally dry hot weather we've had of late, the bonfire did not get lit - our plan is to maybe have another event later this year so for anyone who was unable to make it this time, we hope to see you then! :)):

...now, wheres that chilled Crabbies....ah yes.......... 8)

Thanks Mrs & Mr Smiler, great weekend, great ride out, great food. Yes the babywipes were mine but more than welcome to use for anything (47p as not from poundland, unlike my 74p torch :) )
Yes the video of the rideout will be sorted through and uploaded but may be private or even DVD bound for any requests.
Yes Switz's heroic save (sadly couldn't copy it) will be uploaded on YouTube (Stikley46) among some clips of the ride if not full length. Giggity
Head is feeling normal, so no damage done, bruises coming up nicely, battered back and rib pain...... Worse still the pit bike will be back (sorry Simon) maybe I should stay off it this time lol
Thanks again hosts, thanks (and sorry) Simon for bringing the pit bike, sorry to people for breaking it and spoiling the fun, cheers Switz for the booze and laughs.
See you at the burn up.
