I'm afraid punishment nowadays doesnt seem to fit or reflect the crime made.

You will prob will still be suffering in one way or another when his points have been removed again and done there so called punishment

Hope your on the mend and the insurance, compo etc runs as smoothly as possible for you, im afraid thats the only light at the end of the tunnel you can look forward to in this situationas with regards to getting justice, but again you cant put a price on how much youve suffered.

We cant change the justice system. :(

Take care and good luck

I'll just re-iterate my previous GWS. Hope this hasn't ruined any chance of returning to biking when you are fit and well again ;) !

I'm glad your slowly on the mend as I was worried especially when they wouldn't air lift you straight away and then was advised you were in a coma, absolutely disgusting on the justice system as he pulled out in front of you and was competely in wrong.

I hate all those where there's a blame there's a claim things. but this is one time for sure after the criminal law has finished you need to take out a civil case.

hope you get a good recovery.
