Well, seeing as I'm not 2 wheel mobile right now I could come along and help if you like?! :)):

Si, do you know how much space Bridge are going to give us? We could have a few SWBers bikes under or around the gazebo, need a smallish table for cards etc, a few cable ties for the banner and jobs a good'un surely!

What we'd DEFINITELY need is people to commit to bringing their bikes along....I don't think it really matters what bike it is, lets face it the best part about SWB is that we have all kinds on here :ymhug: but if we had say....a naked, a sports, a muddy toy, a tourer, a cruiser, a 125.....?

What have I got to do? Bribe you with cake???????

Come on then, lets have a list....who's in?

:ymhug:
If I have to explain, you'll NEVER understand

Will see if I can drop by. We're off to Car fest at silly Oclock Friday morning though. Be good to come down and do a bit. Swb's tops or mankinis?
All a bit late but how many swb decals do we have for hand outs, as well as cards? How much how soon for coasters? Just ideas.
Will hopefully see y'all there.

i called them today and they sound keen to have us there. the guy organising it was off today but is back in tomorrow and i will be getting a call some time.

I will go through this thread tomorrow and make a list of the questions being asked and put them to him.

Smiler - thanks, more the merrier
skippy - ditto, i don't know what times or anything else yet but will be in touch
Albi - stop being such a girl and bring ya bike down, we wouldn't want to scare any real bikers away with only having shiny toys on show.

Any info i can get tomorrow i will pass on through this thread.

Just had a dime bar moment. Car fest is this week, so yes, will be around 29th to give a hand in the eve. Do we want any mother made flap jack for our cake, I mean swb stand? I'll place an order for some cake style food.

I can make this one and can bring the Fatboy if you want a shiny cruiser to show, probably the only time it'll get out this year.
