Had a shitty letter to say that my bike must be sorned, insured or I get a fine. Since when has it been illegal not to insure a vehicle if you have no intention of using it?

Taxed & insured, or Sorned & nowt else?

It's been like this in France for years, but there is no SORN, so all bikes have to be insured, even if you don't use them.
