So there I was on Sunday morning just sat down and was browsing the internet on my phone for bike stuff, as you do, when I came across this site.

It was by 0930 Hrs that I realised there was a big bike meet on at Maccy D's and a Ride-out. The wife was in bed, I had the kids and my bike was in my garage in bits mid service, I was thinking how I could wake the wife up and hand her control of the kids, rebuild the bike and get there within 30 minutes.

It didn't take long while watching Mr Bloody Tumble on CBeebies for the realisation to kick in and that I wasn't going to make it. For the rest of the day my poor wife and kids had to put up with a grumpy man.

I passed my test in September and am the proud owner of a CBR 600 FS, I'm itching to get out on it all the time and now that the weather is finally clearing I'm running out of ideas to keep the Wife sweet while I go and blow the cobwebs out.

Looks like I'll have to keep tabs on the site and be a bit more prepared for the next one, unless you all want to do it again this weekend???

theres always someone out and about when its dry - just keep your eye on the ride-out section. Where abouts are you ??

yep Sunday was good one (Pics in the photos section) just to rub salt into the wound

There will be plenty of impromptu ride outs, evening runs etc when the weather allows, just keep coming back and checking...and if you head out, feel free to put it up..some one else might be looking for an excuse to get out too
