You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.

Doubt you guys will have the energy for much detouring on the way home but I just noticed that there is a charity run that morning. Crofthandy is in the Redruth area (leave A30 at Scorrier). I don't know the run just thought it might appeal to some.
To raise much needed funds for Marie Curie Nurses, 9.30am.

Riders to gather at Crofthandy New Village Hall at 9.30am for a 10.30am start.

Entry fee - £3.00 for single riders; £5 with pillion.

There will be a raffle - 1st prize set of Pirelli tyres.

Refreshments before and after the ride.

Entertaiment by local band, The Catch.

All money raised goes to Marie Curie, nothing is taken out for any expences incurred.

This event will be covered by Matt Shepherd, Radio Cornwall

PLease come and join this our 3rd year a really friendly day. All welcome.

Looked at the ride above and it's approximately 80 miles and takes 2 hours.

If people want to peel off and join in the Marie Curie run can they let me know and who ever is TEC at Penzance breakfast stop so we don't think we've lost someone etc.

Oh yes I'm definitely coming this year, no stupid double booking the weekend or mistakenly agreeing to have the kids like last year ( still made it though ;) , owed Tess a big favour for looking after the kids all morning after mind :)) ).
