To be honest, a slightly surprising figure ........

A bit of a lean/rich swap at the bottom end, but stabilises to give a reasonable line once it gets past about 4-4.5k rpm. Needs the retard looked at (and I don't mean the rider this time .... ) then finish the fuelling mapping.

Also got slightly singed fingers, as had to hold the exhaust extract duct in place coz it didn't fit over the four tail pipes ........

2nd highest figures of the day - not bad for a nearly stock 10yr old bike  Oh, and he reckoned there was a potential 20bhp+ gain to be made between 3-5k rpm once fueling sorted ......

A huge thanks to everyone that attended todays dyno session, we had a great day with a very eclectic mix of bikes and people :)): Apologies to those who were hoping for more power, but I dare say we can squeeze some more power out of them with a little tweaking.
I hope those going on to the meal at Samford had a great evening, and we look forwards to catching up with you all soon, On Wednesday I will probably be going overt o Henstridge Airfield near Yeovil for an evening of playing silly buggers on their runway if anyone else is up for it, weather permitting of course.

Thanks Bill (I assume that's who this is ;) ) it was a fun day. Not sure there were too many disappointments? And happily no casualties greater than a fluorescent tube and some singed fingers :)

Yes I almost took out the second tube light as well I hit it with my head and it went out but then came back on again thankfully. I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves today, I certainly did, it was good to put faces to names as well, I know some people from before when the dyno was mobile, but it was good to meet some more members today.

There was a very good turn out and it was good for this newbie to the forum to meet and chat with some faces. I got there at 10 past 10 and was 14th in the queue. Unfortunately time ran out when I had to leave to be home at one so we just missed putting the Busa up  I'll go back to Tivvy soon and see what Bill's dyno shows for a Busa that's stock apart from end cans - should be about 165.........

I wish I had known that you needed to be away at 1300hrs, as we could have slotted you in earlier as we did with the wedding anniversary to ensure he was allowed out again without spending days in the dog house. Pop up at some poiint and we will get the Busa on the dyno for you.
