New head bearings, new rear, new front pads, new mortgage.
New tyre...take it easy.

Brakes are amazingly better, never known any like it. Heard that Triumph brakes were good, but mine were mediocre. Nearly had me doing forward rolls on the way home. Absolutely brilliant.
