Hello

Post by Sleepingdragon »

Hello guys. Been on BCF for a few years now. New here clearly. Just scoping my next bike. Test drove so many now still can't decide, here's a few so far.
09 Blade, new Africa Twin, new K1300s, new s1000r, new speed triple. Still to test: Aprillia Tuono, GSXR 750/1000, new VFR. I need an all rounder, help!

I want it to go to Liverpool n back, the Mediterranean, local shop, commuting too as and when. Weekend blasting like I said an all rounder. I'm in Plymouth. Last bike was a lovely V4 2000 VFR800 FI. Naked or sports, no big GS/Triumph tiger stuff. A lovely Aprillia V4 Tuono naked would do everything as would a BMW S1000R which I have tried and was impressed with. I've got about 10k to get a bike that does all these things. Thanx for the reply Simon. What bike u got by the way? Any recommendations for me boss?

i've got the old 99 R1. it's done me well the last 12 years of ownership, despite what the lorry had in mind :0)

the triumph 1050 is a good option for all of that. loads of grunt, handles VERY well and is comfy to ride from what i hear. there are 3 owners on here that i know of.

Hi and welcome :D .

How does a Suzuki Busa sound? Strong engine/ comfort for big miles but can be enjoyed around the local roads. :-bd
