I am conscious that the JM do have a hard job on these rides as there job is to get from the back to the front without offending anybody. It is well documented that I got this very wrong on the ride in April and was going way to fast for the ride. Hence my black ball status on this ride. (yes i was a c*ck
However can I please ask that people watch their mirrors.....
You know the little red arm bands the JM were wearing??? they are there fore a reason. If you see a bike behind you in your mirrors and the person has an arm band on. He needs to get past you back to the front. Hence a good idea is move over to the left a bit and wave him / her through. That way the JM does not have to do an overtake move on you to make progress.
Having watched several JM caught behind people for miles at a time it was clear that the JM's did not feel comfortable going past, meaning the lead bike starts to run out and the ride has to be stopped.
Just for your consideration.....................
ok that's me done......
Will get off my soap box now
