Great, I suggest we leave from Exeter Services at 8:45 take A30, A303 to Podimore then the A372 and up the B3151 and A39 to arrive at Glastonbury about 10:00, I don’t think we’ll need a stop as we can get a coffee at the start of the run.

I had stopped to assist a chap on an old Duc who had a bit of fairing falling off. After several stop / starts, I went back to find him. Eventually he stuffed it up his jumper. During all this time, nobody else stopped to ask. Everybody rode past without batting an eyelid. So, we ended up near the back and...

Whole event blackened by a serious off. Best knowledge at presesnt is a that car indicating left, pulled into a lay by / minor road junction and then did a u-turn. Bike and biker went into and OVER the car, landing on the offside of the road. Thankfully an open area and grassy. Last I heard was a broken leg and poss. other traumas.

Road was closed, to allow chopper to land which took the chap to Southmead, Bristol.

I had a good ride today considering the shocking incident so close to the start of the run. Hope he's alright.

Was right behind the accident, Surprised how fast the car pulled into the road leaving the biker nowhere to go. Then claimed it was'nt his fault
