It really aggravates the S-H-1-T out of me when they mix together speed and careless driving. (rant time)

Living in Devon I see more people driving carelessly below the speed limit then above it. Normally the people who are driving "to fast" are very focused on the road where as the people that are driving without any "due care or attention" are normally doing 15 / 20 mph on a national speed limit road. Some how those people are safe but people doing 70mph in a 60 are the devil and will for ever be banished to hell.

Hate to say it but thanks to the community complaining this has just given the police force the opportunity to raise some well needed extra funds for the force. Your average police man or motor cop I appreciate more then anything as they do a great job and look more at the driving rather then just at the speed. Where as speed cameras and speed guns are nothing more then a money trap.

Lets get real every single person who drives speeds at one point or another. But are you / they dangerous or causing accidents that's a very different question.
