Saturday 13th November South to North and back again

Hi All

Not been able to get out on the bike in weeks and already feels like months. So have a window to get back on two wheels and go for a bimble.
Meeting point is McDonalds Marsh Barton 8:30 departure
Will be going to Barnstaple up the A377
Stop for a coffee in the services
Then back again

Simple ride and will not be setting the world alight speed wise as conscious of the autumn roads hence wanting to stick to a main A road.

Would love to as you know how much I love the Cornwall runs but it’s my daughters birthday so not a hope in hell of getting the bike out the garage on Sunday. Hence doing something on Saturday whilst the weather is still ok and we are not on one of the wife’s little trips.

Well managed to get out for the run today as planned the ride up was damp and a lot of crud on the roads by the way back the sun was shining and made for a better ride. Daft bit was only road for a few hours but then took me the rest of the day to clean the bike, jacket, boots etc that were all filthy
