Hi do they wrap your bikes on the stillages do they supply the ratchet straps? How do you know where your bike is at the track? What protection do you recommend for transport? So you pay for the trip and all you need to worry about are transport to and from Swindon flights transport to and from airport to hotel transport from and to hotel to track. Problem for me is I dont have my own van so hire charges for a UK van would be enormous on my own to cover both journeys to drop off the bike in Swindon then again to collect it. I'd have to do more costi ngs first but on my own sounds expensive to me.

You wrap.
Your ratchets.
The stillages have numbers, you remember yours and look for it.
Yep.
That's why we share the costs and driving over there.
Make connections with people on the forum from down your way to share. I know of at least one.
Stop panicking over nothing.

Remember being over in Parcmotor (5 years ago) and how much fun that was really looking forward this one but know that this is going to cost me some big bucks due to the way i do track days (hiring bikes) but do you know what if I am going to only do it every 5 years think I can justify that.....

Talking of Parcmotor 5 years ago i seem to remember that the photo of Mr Billinom8s on a certain police bike that is used in his post signatures was taken on that trip, I also got one that was similar.

Looking forward to some amazing sun shine knee down photos from Portugal at the end of 2022

Yup looking that way sorted out that I can get a hire bike off Matt from Small Boys and given the wife the bad news and seems to have been accepted just means I probably won’t do as many UK track days next year as with the hire bike expect this trip to be around £1500 all in.

Had a call from No Limits today - Portimao track owners have changed the date. Something to do with an automotive festival they hold each year.

It'll now be the first weekend in October.

They are forwarding on to me the confirmed details later on today and i'll post them up here.

Parkmoto must have been 2017 rob wasn't it?
(Think portimayo was 2015-Cartagena was 2016)

Either way euros are epic.
And for me best bang for buck.

It's one bit of roadish riding I miss.
