Is anyone going to Jaspers soon.

They could put a card behind the counter for him.

Ouch that sucks, sh it stuff happens to good people. Hope he gets better. Weird how crashes are so unpredictable though. When i crashed into a telegraph pole at 85mph i came out with a sprained ankle. Just goes to show. Hope he does get better and this doesnt put him off the whole biking thing.

OMFG Im so shocked at hearing this. Has really got me down as Jon has become a good mate of mine over the last few months. Been on many rideouts with him and I can back baskie up, he really is a sensible rider. Always switched on, not one of the nutters that goes bombing off ahead. I just hope he comes through. Im just glad I wasn't there to witness it, as it would really put me off by the sounds off things. I cant make it to the hospital either as my bike is also out of action at the moment. :(

Get well soon Jon mate.

Bad accident

Post by LWR GERRY »

My thoughts go out to John and all his family and friends in wishing him a speedy recovery.
So, on behalf of all the SWB members on this site ,I have arranged a big display of flowers to be sent to him, when Baskie lets me know which ward he's on.Also, I will be sticking my head round the door to drop him a 'Get well soon card' , and sign it from ALL of THE SWB FAMILY, because that 's what we've all become.
Hope you are all in agreement with this.
