Why Are You Here

Post by andrew »

For no particular reason I thought i'd start a thread so we could all find out what caused each of us to get into motorcycling.

My reason is pure and simple i got into biking because of that moaning slow bald wrnkly old sod u all know as boyscout. Me and my brother both caught the biking bug from him at a young age as we regularly saw 10-15 bikers turn up at our house every sunny sunday morning. (Plus he got an extra holiday every year one with the family the other with the bike club)

So whats your excuse???
so it turns out.........sometime i do give a f*ck

My main reason for motorcycling was that my father used to own 2 motorcycle business, one in Exeter, main honda dealer and another smaller one in Honition,i had off-roaders from the age of 4 and it's just progressed from there really,i remember having a YZ80 at the age of about 10 and it scared me silly, extremely rapid for what it was,i did race moto-X for two years between 16-18,and had trail bikes on the road from 16-23,only sports bikes i've owned were an AR80,2 350ypvs's,my beloved CBR600 8) and now a CBR1000 :D so there we go,my story in a nutshell
