you might struggle to get a good seal round that with a bandage or putty or tin can and jubilee clip ;) you could try getting it welded, depends how rotten the metal is around the hole.

you can get some ok systems for gpz's still though baskie - a mate got an (i think) remus 4-1 for his 600 a couple of years back from John Tremlett for reasonable cash - fitment should be the same as yours id have thought. I would suggest try the gpz owners forum but see you're already on there ;)

that is definately well and truly f ucked - the first two pics look more like something out of "Alien" than an exhaust pic.

i'm sure boyscout mentioned something about Andrews skills with a welder a while back Baskie - might be worth having a word with him and seeing if you can bribe him with a few cans or somethin, you might squeeze another 12 months out of that system if youre lucky ;) although if that other set of downpipes are in good nick, they might be worth grabbing for 60 quid - chances are when you need these things you can never find them

It looks like the rest of the downpipes are begining to go as well. I think you'd struggle to weld that, but if you do, i'd give it a few months before it'll need welding again.
Spend the 60 sheets and save yourself the hastle
