Age...I'm camping the whole weekend at Thruxton from fri am so look out for me. I'll be riding the Desmosedici rep SPS and madly cheering my boy Shakey even if he's getting lapped....again. :(

i would like to camp for sun night. are you camping within the circuit or have you gone local? i'll be travelling with an oppo from Bristol.

yes we'll meet him on mon morning or sun night if he wants to camp the night, but i shouldn't think he will only living 4 miles from the circuit!!

Evening Gents, just joined and noticed discussion on thruxton. Quick question. Roughly how long to get there from say Exeter, and by when should I aim to get there on the monday. Just gonna judge the weather and then might head on there. Cheers

Welcome aboard mate !

It's about 2 hours from Exeter If you ride a sensible pace. :lol:

We do have a few coming up from Plymouth way I think and they will be meeting up with the Exeter lot.

Where mate Thruxton or Exeter ?

You want to be at Thruxton for 11 at the latest.

The Exeter crew are leaving Exeter services at 7am

cheers age, will be aim for thruxton for 11. Just fingers crossed for the weather! don't fancy getting a soaking. If you zip past a red white and blue NC30 on the way looking lost, you'll know who it is! Thanks for the info
